How To Order Online

Running into trouble with ordering online? No problem! Follow along with the example of purchasing a Water Soluble online. See the graphics and instructions below.

Step 1: Go to the HempIsHealth.com Home page and click on the "Shop Now" button or click "Shop" from the header menu. This will take you to the products listed on the corporate website.

Step 2: Click on the name of the product that you would like to view.

Step 3: If applicable, be sure to select the THC content and flavor. NOTE: 0.3% is the federal legal limit of THC allowed in the products. There are also 0% THC products available. Then, click "ADD TO CART".

Step 4: In Step 3, you added the product to the cart. If you are done shopping and would like to go to checkout, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page. Once you view the cart and are ready to checkout, click the "CHECKOUT" button. 

Step 5: If you already have a registered account with CBD American Shaman, enter your credentials then click "LOGIN". If you are a new customer or have not registered, you will need to click on the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" button. 

Step 6: Enter your information into all of the fields and check both boxes. When all information is filled in, click the "REGISTER" button. 

Step 7: Enter the shipping address for the order. If the billing address is the same as the shipping address, click the box. 

Step 8: Click the boxes to acknowledge the terms and conditions. Then, choose your desired shipping method. 

Step 9: Enter payment information, then click the "CONTINUE" button.

Step 10: Be sure to review your order. When you have confirmed that all information is correct, click the "PLACE YOUR ORDER" button.
